Earn toys, pets, and extra class mounts! (Power Ascended) | WoW Achievement Guide

Hello everyone! My name is Gandalin and welcome to another World of Warcraft guide! Before we get into today’s video, I wanted to take a second to thank everyone who has supported my channel. I hit 200 subscribers last Friday, and I’m so thankful for each and every one of them. The positive comments I’ve received have been amazing, and I’m so glad that people find my guides helpful! I love doing this and look forward to making many more guides in the future! Okay, on to the video! Today I’m going to show you how to earn the class hall achievement called Power Ascended and tell you about the rewards you get by doing so. This achievement wants you to unlock every artifact trait in a single weapon after empowering it. It awards the standard 10 achievement points, but there are actually several other rewards that certain classes can earn. These rewards include toys, pets, and alternate tints of class mounts that can be purchased.

There are a lot of details, so let’s just jump right in! Let’s start by talking about how to earn the achievement. The first thing you have to do is reach Artifact Knowledge level 26. You can do this in two different ways. The first way is to reach the original Artifact Knowledge cap of level 25. At that point, and once you have unlocked the Broken Shore, you can speak to Khadgar at Deliverance Point and pick up the quest Seeking Lost Knowledge. This short chain will award you with Artifact Knowledge level 26 and allow you to continue researching your artifact up to level 40. The second way to reach Knowledge 26 is meant for alts. You can purchase Artifact Research Compendiums on your main that are account-bound. These items grant your alts a specific level of Artifact Knowledge based on what level your main has when you buy it.

For example, if your main has Knowledge level 20, you can buy a book that will give your alt Knowledge level 15. If you can buy a book that increases your alt’s Knowledge beyond level 26, then you can bypass the quest to unlock the new Knowledge levels. The second thing you have to do is unlock all of the 35 original traits in your artifact, which will give you the achievement called Power Realized. At that point, you will be able to pick up a quest from Khadgar on the Broken Shore that will let you empower your artifact weapon, opening up new traits, and adding additional levels to all of your original relic traits.

Doing that for a single artifact will give you the Power Unbound achievement, and doing it for all of your class’s artifacts will give you the achievement Power Unleashed. Finally, after unlocking all the new traits on an artifact and placing a point into the final trait, Concordance of Legionfall, you will earn the achievement Power Ascended. Now let’s talk about the special rewards and how to get them. To be able to purchase any of these toys, pets, or mounts, you must have completed the quest line to unlock your class mount. If you haven’t done that yet and need help, click the “i” in the top right corner of this video and head on over to the guide I made for class mounts. Once you’ve obtained your mount, you can buy each of the following items from a vendor in your order hall.

Each item will cost 1000 Order Resources. Death Knights can visit Slimy to buy 3 Whelpling pets after earning Power Ascended in each spec. Demon Hunters can buy a demon hunter Pepe toy from Falara Nightsong by maxing out either of their artifacts. Hunters can unlock two new colors of their class mount by earning Power Ascended for their Survival and Marksmanship artifacts. They can also buy the Tome of the Hybrid Beast, which lets you tame things like hippogriffs and gryphons, by maxing out the Beast Mastery artifact.

All these items can be bought from Pan the Kind Hand. Mages can talk to Uthel’nay to buy the Magical Saucer, a toy that lets your companion pets fly on a magical disk alongside you. Power Ascended in any spec will unlock this. Monks can buy the pet Ban-Fu, Cub of Ban-Lu from Mei Chele by maxing out any artifact. Paladins can visit Crusader Lord Dalfors to buy 3 new tints of their class mount for getting Power Ascended in each of their specs. Rogues will also be able to buy 3 new colors for their class mount, again for maxing out each artifact. They can be purchased from Zan Shivsprocket. Finally, warlocks can buy a new color of their class mount from Calydus by earning Power Ascended in any spec. It’s also worth mentioning that warlocks can get an additional color of their class mount by killing Lord Hel’Nurath, a rare elite mob on the Broken Shore.

He can be found just north of Deliverance Point. And there you have it! You now know how to earn Power Ascended and what rewards are available for which classes. As you’ve probably noticed, not all classes have rewards from this achievement. Unfortunately, there is currently nothing available for druids, priests, shamans, and warriors. Hopefully Blizzard will add some rewards for those classes in the future. And that’s it for this video! If this guide helped you, leave a comment down below, and give it a big thumbs up!
