2. Sluggish Attack

Level 1: 100% of your level is applied to damage. 3% drop in your target’s Evasion. Lasts 30 secs.
Level 2: 200% of your level is applied to damage. 6% drop in your target’s Evasion. Lasts 30 secs.
Level 3: 300% of your level is applied to damage. 9% drop in your target’s Evasion. Lasts 30 secs.
Level 4: 400% of your level is applied to damage. 12% drop in your target’s Evasion. Lasts 30 secs.
