Be happy “Chaotic” community, merchant mode is no more a compulsory way if you desire to sell your hard earned goodies!
Auction House is now available and ready not only to serve you but also to save your time!
Auction House is “more like a global or central store” – GMKrash.
There is no ‘bids’ for goodies however, players can add items for a fee (gold) and item will stay there for 5 days for other players to buy it.
In order to clear some appeared misunderstandings I am presenting you a basic Auction House using guide.
Auction House:
• There can be found 2 NPCs ‘running’ an Auction House.
Trading Agent Roy and Siban. Both are located in Randol town.
Registering Items for Auction House:
• Find one of these NPC’s. Select it and when table appears select: “Experience the Trading Agent Services”.
• Select “Registration” window. Select item and drag the item you want to sell from your inventory. Enter amount and the sale price.

However, be aware that depending from item sort, in AH can be sold single items and/or
(same sort of item) packages.
For example: armor set can’t be sold as package, every armor piece has to be
registered separately.
But if you will be selling, let’s say, Heaven Stones you can register it individually or as
package.
(while selling that sort of items there will be table asking to enter desirable amount of items).
Example: you have 20 HS (in your inventory).
Registering 1 HS for sale you register it individually and price will be set as for individual
item. If you will enter amount more then 1, there will be automatically formed one single
solid package (from a number you entered) and you will want to set price as for package.
Keep in mind quantity shown as more then 1 means a solid package and it can’t be separated!
Example: 1 HS price 500 000 and for 4 HS (package) you will want to put at least
2,000 000 price since buyer will buy 4 HS (all presented number/a solid package and not
a desirable number taken from your presented number).
• Every registered item has a deposit fee (safe deposit).
Your first item pays 1000 gold.
2nd = 2000 gold
3rd = 3000 gold and etc.
• Safe deposit is refunded if sale is made.
• Also, when item is sold there will be tax of 5% taken from sum of gold you received. Safe deposit refund is not included in to the sum from which 5% tax is generated.
• Sale period is limited to 5 days and cannot be adjusted manually.
• Each character can list up to 10 sale items.
• Item sale can be canceled. Pressing Cancel Sales after listing an item cancels the sale. Canceled item’s deposit (paid while registering item) is lost. Items (for which sales have been canceled) are stored in “Receipts” tab.
• If listed products are sold, Auction House messages appear in the right lower corner.
• If sale period has expired without the item being sold, deposit for item is lost and
unsold item is automatically stored in “Receipts” tab. Auction House messages appear in the right lower corner informing that 5 days expired and that item wasn’t sold.
• Items and gold stored in “Receipts” tab has to be redeemed in 15 days.
When 15 days period expires, unredeemed items will be deleted.

Purchasing Items via Auction House
• Select “Hit” tab. Search for the item you want to purchase by moderating ‘search filters’ listed above. When you find item, select it and then select “Buy”.
• Purchased items are automatically transferred to your “Receipts” window where can be transferred to your inventory while clicking right mouse button twice on the item icon.
• Purchased but not transferred items will be stored in “Receipts” for 15 days.

Well, as most of you noticed already it’s just a basic guide and there are still some things to
be missing or appearing in a bit different forms then was while AH was on test.
However, I’ll try to keep this guide up to date and will appreciate if you let me know about your notices related with Auction House.
Notices
Like:
“you can retrieve sold items gold only on 1st sub_server of your server.
You will get notify of selling item only on 1st s-server if you are on
other s-servers you wont get notification and if you check one of your item is missing from
registered items it most likely have been sold, so just go to A-1,C-1,K-1,S-1,H-1 to retrieve
the amount”. (applicable not to everyone)
Weedie
"If for example you have 9 items up for sale, your 10th item will cost 10k.
However, if you take down one of your 9 items, or one has been sold,
then your next item will only cost 8k."

Enormous thank you to everyone who contributes
and specially to GS Ksiusha.
Who was so patient (!), took SSs and helped me out with some related testing work.
