Item Mall: The basics Guide
I’ve noticed that many of us posts a lot of questins regarding of the use of some special items from ITEM MALL.
First of all, i want to clarify that this is a guide in progress, which means that I’ll be updating it as long as more questions came out of my mind and yours.
This is my first guide in english (you can see my other guides/translations on spanish section, even this one), so I tried to make it as easy as possible.
Since my english is not that good I’m quite sure you’ll find a lot of mistakes here, so feel free to ask question and correct me if necessary.
I hope you find it useful!
ITEM MALL: The Basics
More information here
How can I get item Mall Stuff?
You can get this kind of stuff by buying AP (Aeria Points) or purchasing the items from another player. However, some of these items are non tradeable, and that means you will be able to get them by buying them at the Item Mall personally, or asking someone to send them to you as a gift.
Receiving a gift from Item Mall is not as safe as buying through the other methods, and you can be scammed that way, so be careful.
How can I get Aeria Points?
Go to this site: https://billing.aeriagames.com/
You’ll find all the information and payment methods there.
Ok, I have purchased Aeria Points, but it’s been a while since I did it and I haven’t receive them.
You should contact Aeria Billing Department at this form http://www.aeriagames.com/contact (select the right category between the options). If you have any other problem with Item Mall, you should use this via as well.
Can I sell Aeria Points for in-game gold/items?
Only Aeria Games can sell Aeria Points and if you try to do so you can get banned. You can purchase Item Mall stuff and sell it through merchant mode/trade, and you also can send items as gift to other players. That’s not banable.
Don’t offer AP, offer Item Mall stuff.
