Class Movement Speeds

The Question
What are the base unmounted movement speeds for each class? Base means that no skills are affecting the movement. Also, mounted movement speed is the same for all classes and is unaffected by passive skills.

The Procedure
1. Start at 950, 1180 in the Juno map.
2. Head south for 10 seconds.
3. Record ending point.
4. Solve for distance traveled (Use Pythagoras’ Theorem if the path is not a straight line).
5. Solve for average velocity (v=d/t where v=average velocity, d=average distance, and t=time elapsed). Average velocity can also be viewed as average speed in a specific direction.
6. Repeat steps 1-5 twice for a total of three trials for each class.

The Data and Calculations

Data is reported in this format wrote:
Class
Trial # – Ending point – average distance – average velocity

Quote:
Titan
Trial 1 – 954, 1239 – 59.14 units – 5.914 units/sec
Trial 2 – 953, 1238 – 58.08 units – 5.808 units/sec
Trial 3 – 953, 1237 – 57.08 units – 5.708 units/sec

Quote:
Knight
Trial 1 – 953, 1239 – 59.08 units – 5.908 units/sec
Trial 2 – 952, 1237 – 57.04 units – 5.704 units/sec
Trial 3 – 953, 1238 – 58.08 units – 5.808 units/sec

Quote:
Healer
Trial 1 – 954, 1249 – 69.12 units – 6.912 units/sec
Trial 2 – 952, 1250 – 70.03 units – 7.003 units/sec
Trial 3 – 953, 1249 – 69.07 units – 6.907 units/sec

Quote:
Mage
Trial 1 – 955, 1238 – 58.22 units – 5.822 units/sec
Trial 2 – 953, 1238 – 58.08 units – 5.808 units/sec
Trial 3 – 952, 1239 – 59.03 units – 5.903 units/sec

Quote:
Rogue
Trial 1 – 953, 1244 – 64.07 units – 6.407 units/sec
Trial 2 – 953, 1243 – 63.07 units – 6.307 units/sec
Trial 3 – 955, 1245 – 65.19 units – 6.519 units/sec

Quote:
Sorcerer
Trial 1 – 953, 1248 – 68.07 units – 6.807 units/sec
Trial 2 – 954, 1247 – 67.12 units – 6.712 units/sec
Trial 3 – 953, 1247 – 67.07 units – 6.707 units/sec

The Conclusion
Using the averages of the three trials of each class, I have concluded that these are the approximate base movement speeds of each class:
Titan – 5.810 units/sec
Knight – 5.807 units/sec
Healer – 6.941 units/sec
Mage – 5.844 units/sec
Rogue – 6.411 units/sec
Sorcerer – 6.742 units/sec

So comparably, these are the base movement speeds of all classes:
(slowest) Titan+Knight < Mage < Rogue < Sorcerer < Healer (fastest)

Movement Speed Tests With Passive Skills
Same test procedure as above, but one change: Starting point – 1000,980, and head west

Trial 3 – 931, 982 – 69.03 units – 6.903 units/sec

The Conclusion
Using the averages of the three trials of each class, I have concluded that these are the approximate movement speeds of each class with their passive movement skills maxed:
Titan (Level 10 Move Mastery) – 7.500 units/sec
Knight (Level 10 Uncanny Movement) – 7.367 units/sec
Healer (Level 10 Elven Walk) – 8.034 units/sec
