(most items can be obtained through fishing)

This quest can be done 1 time per day. You have to be above Lvl 45 , I believe.

Rewards-
1 page of Esper Saga I, II, or III.
2 elemental beads- trade them with the Special Ops agent for Charm Materials.

Wolf hair Inkbrush-
Items needed
1-wolf hair- obtained from Ungracious wolves (names are in Blue Lettering) just outside Sunstream city gates.
1-Green Bamboo- Obtain this from the Dark Bamboo Grove in North West Jadeon.
1- Sticky Glue- Obtained from fishing, or from Mirage crystals located in Moontop Hollow. Moontop hollow is on the North East side of Jadeon Map.

Pine Black Ink-
Items Needed
1-Carbon Black- obtained from fishing, or from Blacken Stone in Kunlan Mountains.
1-Pine black- obtained from fishing, or from prison of the cunning in Incense Valley.
1- Santulum- obtained from fishing, or from Mirage crystals located in Moontop Hollow. Moontop hollow is on the North East side of Jadeon Map.

Xuan Paper-
Items Needed
1- Torn Fishnet-obtained from fishing, or you can do a quest from Ami in Sunstream by lotus pond.
1- Bark-this is obtained in Southern Border. It appears to be a random shrub, or small tree. It is usually by a tall tree or pile of rocks.
1- Ramie-obtained from Mirage crystals located in Moontop Hollow. Moontop hollow is on the North East side of Jadeon Map.

Glazed Ink Stone-
Items needed-
1- Eera Mud-obtained from fishing, or from seashells along the shorlines in the billows.
1- Glowstone- Can be found from Blazed stones in the Kunlan Wonderlands. Entrance is located on the East part of the Kunlan Mountain map.
1- Jade Stone-obtained from Mirage crystals located in Moontop Hollow. Moontop hollow is on the North East side of Jadeon Map.

Esper Saga I
After getting pages 1-8 go to Unknown scholar with the 8 pages and turn in to receive esper saga I

Esper Saga II
After getting pages 9-16 go to Unknown scholar with the 8 pages and turn in to receive esper saga II

Esper Saga III
After getting pages 17-24 go to Unknown scholar with the 8 pages and turn in to receive esper saga III

What is the Esper Saga? That was my question. I found the following information thanks to a post from Akaruz- on the Shura Server.

Esper Saga Vol I = 10 items that increase your Attack for 100 , for 1 hour
Esper Saga Vol II = 10 items that increase your Spirit for 1000 , for 1 hour
Esper Saga Vol III = 10 items that increase your HP for 1000, for 1hour
