Hey guys, I decided to make this guide in response to jigglypuff’s/Arwyn’s Tier 4 / Spiritual Enlightenment LV4 Guide. Here’s the link to her guide: http://jd-forum.perfectworld.com/sho…d.php?t=114941

All credit goes to her for making her wonderful guide. It helped me out a lot! This guide is not much different, except I will be posting screen shots and my own suggestions.

This quest consists of 5 tests (or parts).

Test 1:

If you are a boy, choose the one in blue. If you are a girl, choose the one in red. IMPORTANT: BanhBao tested the last option for female and it made her kill 200 monsters in 30 minutes. Sorry ladies, I suggest you try a different option. If the option you tried tells you to talk to NPC, post it on the forums and I’ll update it. Thanks!

By doing so, you will only have to talk to an NPC, rather than killing 300 monsters in 30 minutes:

Test 2:

If you want to die and not fight Emissary of Ghosts boss in Sunstream, choose the option in green. If you want to fight boss, choose the option in yellow. Ignore the last two, since I’m not sure which quest it will give.

I personally would rather fight the boss because it’s a safer route. The only hard part about killing this boss is that it can heal itself. If you plan on soloing it, make sure you rent buffs, have at least 3-4 stacks of pots, and use your pet. Fighting this boss is like fighting a cursed monster that can heal. I don’t think it’s that bad, as long as you have patience because I believe it took me around 25 minutes to solo it. (Having a party to help you is highly recommended.)

I only recommend dying if you are at no more than 0.50% of exp. Just let a mob kill you. (Remember to store all puppet protectors in your stash.) If you have more than 0.50% of exp and you wish to die, just store everything you are wearing in your stash (including esper and puppet protectors), and have a friend pk you in PvP realms. This is perhaps the easiest way to finish Test 2 without losing anything. But of course, your friend will suffer 2 hours of having a pink name.

Test 3:

If you are clever like me and did those random quests (Celestial Mystery) that give you Mystic White Spirit Stones and Mystic Bluewonder Stones back in Doom Bog and Wildland, this quest should be cake. If you didn’t…good luck buying them because the prices for those stones dramatically increased since mid-August. In Doom Bog server, I see them selling one for about 25 – 30g average.

Anyway, the results from Test 3 can make you collect 1 of each White and Blue stones, or collecting 6 of each White and Blue stones. If you are a boy, choose the option in blue. If you are a girl, choose the option in red.

As a result, you should only collect 1 of each stones:

Test 4:

Test 4 will determine if you have to collect 9 or 99 Affection Flowers.

If you are a Jadeon or Skysong, choose the one in Yellow.
If you are a Lupin, Vim, or Modo, choose the one in Purple.
If you are a Female, choose the one in Red.

*If you are a Female, I don’t think it makes a difference whether you choose Red or the color of your faction indicated above.

As a result:

Test 5:

No matter what option you choose for Test 5, you will end up fighting some kind of boss. My Alliance told me that there are 2 kinds of boss. A hard boss, and an easy boss. I can’t verify this because I can only fight the boss once. As for me, I chose the first option and had to fight Elysium Executioner in Southeastern Sunstream. Unfortunately, this boss was a bit hard for me. I ended up partying with my Alliance members and was able to complete the final test in 5 minutes. ^_^ Hint: Choose Punishment to fight easy boss: Elysium Sentry. What ever you do, I would stay away from the first option…

Overall, the entire quest took me about 2 hours to finish. I did spend a good 20 minutes trying to find my White/Blue Mystic Stones on 6 of my Alts. Good luck to you guys, and thanks again jigglypuff a.k.a. Arwyn.

NOTE: The suggested options above will give you the highest chance of getting the easy quests that you want. It’s not a guarantee because you now JD loves to gamble their players.
