Just in case you might have been confused on how to actually participate in the Territory Wars that JD: Vengeance has brought us, here’s a quick rundown on how to set this up (additional details will be added later):
Signing Up:
Every Thursday from 20:00 – 22:00, the Marshal of a Level 4+ Alliance may bid on the right to challenge a zone using Bank Notes at Territory Agent Evan (177,177) in Sunstream City.
The minimum bid on Primary Zones is 10 Bank Notes worth 1k gold each (10k gold), with the maximum bid being 40 Bank Notes worth 1k gold each (40k gold). Those who successfully capture a contested territory will get refunded 80% of their bid.
Those who have the winning bid by Thursday evening (22:00) will be able to challenge that zone on the following Saturday night (20:00). If no other Alliance controls that zone, then it becomes a PvE battle where you have to destroy their towers before they destroy yours.
Entering the Battle:
When the battle starts, all participating players can teleport to the battle by using the territory war flag that is in the zone (usually in its respective town) being contested.
Some Rewards and Additional Info:
Alliances may invade a territory once a week, but they can participate in an unlimited number of defensive battles. In addition to this, players must be in an Alliance for at least 1 week before being able to help their Alliance out in Territory Wars.
Your rank goes up as your Alliance controls more territories, which opens up the ability to purchase Territory Badges from Territory Agent Evan. Each rank has 2 available badges for purchase, Yin and Yang, which have different bonuses. You’ll also get additional rewards for taking over territories.
The battle map will depend on the quality of the zone, with fights over Primary Zones taking place in the Lost Forest, Medium Zones taking place in the Foreboding Valley, and Senior Zones taking place in the Imperial Citadel.
For a Primary Zone, the max number of Bank Notes that a player can bid is 40, and the first Alliance that bids that number will win the right to invade that territory.
Alliances can only challenge a Primary Zone at first, as you’ll need to control 2 Primary Zones to challenge a Medium Zone. You’ll also need to control 2 Medium Zones before challenging a Senior Zone, with each type of zone (Primary, Medium, Senior) having their own battle map. Your Alliance has to be level 5 to challenge Medium Zones and level 6 to challenge Senior Zones (Advanced Zones).
