ok people coming to view this for the 2nd time will notice i have improved this
and people for the first time viewing this good luck and i hope my guide helps you with this quest =)

Quest Starter : Sky Dweller
Starters Location : Sunstream 
please also note that part 1 quest is timed so make haste in your effort to complete it

ok the quest is called Sky Dweller it will be a red coloured quest
The sky Dweller will ask you to speak to the sky ranger near the altar of the foul in skysong 

incase i mess up and that is too small the coords say 385, -425

after you have spoken to the Sky Ranger, he will ask you to go and collectStar Dust, remember those things in sunstream before and after the patch on top of building you had no idea what they were for? well search no longer cause it is for this quest =) now go to sunstream and collect 10 star dust as fast as you can,

once you have collected 10 go back and speak to theSky Dweller (not Ranger)
after speaking to him you will recieve 50 taichi and the following item

now that end part 1 of this quest

part 2 of this quest is really simple but costs 25 gold
PLEASE NOTE: this quest 100% requires a skyblade as you cannot land of the elder of arcaneness head or collect the items he wants

but you have 1 hour to decide if you want to do it or not
but if you like me and are curious then take the Sky Lotus Order to the sky dweller pay the 25gold and he will give you part 2 of the quest
part 2 will tell you to speak to the elder of arcaneness in jadeon below are his coords

incase you cant read it again it says 6, -434
now when you have spoken to the Elder Of Arcaneness he will tell you to collect 10 Fragrant Dew now you will notice items hovering called Rootless Lotusaround him those are the items you need 

after you have collected 10 please go back to the Elder Of Arcaneness to finish part 2 and collect you 2nd reward of 50taichi
so intotaly tou will recieve 100taichi for only a small charge of 25g also if your poor you can do part 1 for free for only 50taichi
