Tier 1:

Pretty much obvious
Tone of souls : 6/6 for 0 Sec CD
Tone of Fountain:5/5 Pve awesomeness maxed and tomed no doubt
Flowing Cloud:8/8 if u like quite handy
And ofc Tangling melody:3/3 defense passive

Tier 2:

So first of all Nothingness walk:2/3 to spare the point but will be maxed in asc build
Tone of Meditation:5/5 awesomness nothing more to say and its silence resistance effect could be handy in many cases
Flyer Attraction:9/9 a very great silencing skill that will make ppl hate you

Tier 3:

Tone of rivers: 3/3 freakin great the deflection effect awesomness will make u feel lame seein how ppl end up dead by themselves when added with the other deflecting skills
Tone of Frost:9/9 some ppl might say that its not worth it but its almost a perm heal skill with just 2 sec CD (P.S cast time is 2 sec)would be great for group PvPs
Comprehension of Zither:5/5 crit sheild passive
Blast of Disturbance:9/9 just great how your enemies will be stunned while your teammates finish them off one by one takin their time
P.S:Make sure not to waste all points here or ull end up short in points in t5 (so no need to invest here early game)
Tier 4:

Okay now here is when we underestimated Celans shine and own and we own hard *just sayin*
So first of all Tone of Winter:5/5 Boosts ur Dmg with deflection
Moon In the Mirror:5/5 dmg reduction and yet again dmg deflection just great when u feel ur teamates mightnot be able to support you or when theres a rayan sneakin from the back *good luck with that*
Chapter of jade:8/8 greta aoe skill and the added effects when tomed is nice
Sound without Sound:3/3 critnull passive
Spring nights:9/9 AWESOME it reduces speed and atk power and remove 1 positive effect
Last but not least SoundBlade Emperor:5/5 our main pvp 1vs1 skill would be ridiculous against those vims and balos with their low spirit compared to ours.

Tier5:

Journey Beginning :5/5 great finishing skill
Tone of Ansector:5/5 an awesome healing/support skill
Heavinly Echoes:2/2 great skill for pvp has its uses
Petal drop:5/5 yet asnother great aoe which one tomed will be nice

Tomes:

I went for the tomes for both the curses(chose passive tomes cuz they r added to the stats which is generally better) and soundblade Emperor and combos mainly

Asc Build:just check the link above and ull notice that added points went for more aoes and the tomes just got better and better
