Dagos
Refined Vigor II
No Spirit Cost
Increases the damage of your next strike by 30%. Lasts 12 seconds.
Over 22 seconds, regenerates 5280 Spirit. This effect cannot co-exist with that of Refined Vigor. If there is space in the caster’s bag, this skill has a chance to create Essence Fragments.
Cooldown: 180 seconds
Note: Essence Fragments are spirit pots. The chance to get them is low.

Frenzied Edge II
Costs 2000 Spirit
Max Targets: 11
Deals 50% of Attack Power as Bonus Damage. 
Over 12 seconds, target looses 32% of it’s current Health. The skill also removes Bleed and Spirit Evaporation effects.
Cooldown: 16 seconds

Harsh Reality II
"Attack all nearby targets twice."
Costs No Spirit
Max Targets: 40 
For 11 seconds, increases your defense by 330%.
Attacks nearby targets within 20 yards. Each attack has a 50% chance to remove 3 positive conditions from the target, and a 50% chance to cause fasting for 20 seconds.
Cooldown: 60 seconds

Wanderlust II
Costs 999 Spirit
For 30 seconds, increases movement speed by 4.2 yards/second. Also increases Evasion by 120 and Skill Evasion by 60.
Cooldown: 120 seconds

Divine Execution II
Costs 1213 Spirit
Max Targets: 20
Increases base AP by 20%.
Bonus damage equal to 10% of max Spirit.
Paralyze effect equals casters Paralyze Res plus 130.
Effect lasts 15 seconds.
Every three ranks of Divine Execution adds 10 to the Paralyze effect, and increases effect duration by 1.
Cooldown: 60 seconds.

Felkin
Frostblade II
"Strikes all targets in a Straight Line"
Peerless Blademon +2 (Every Point in Felkin Blade skills adds 4% attack to this ability)
Costs 1600 Spirit
Max Targets: 25
Adds 20% to the Initial Strike.
Decreases movement speed of targets hit by 65% for 16 seconds; 20% chance to prevent the targets from using combat skills for 6 seconds. 
Cooldown: 16 seconds

Astral Traveler II
Peerless Blademon +2 (Every Point in Felkin Blade skills adds 4% attack to this ability)
Costs 2450 Spirit
Adds 40% Attack Power to the initial strike.
37% chance to reduce target’s Maximum Spirit to 2000 for 6 seconds.
There is a 11% chance to stun the target for 3 seconds. 
Cooldown: 16 seconds

Magnificent Spirit II
Costs 2200 Spirit
Range: 21 yards
Bonus damage is 140% of casters Attack. The lower the target’s Health, the higher the damage.
Cooldown: 180 seconds
Note: Spirit skill, not Blade Skill

Bladebreaker II
Peerless Blademon +2 (Every Point in Felkin Blade skills adds 4% attack to this ability)
Costs 100% of current Spirit
Consumes 100% of current Spirit to burn target’s Spirit over 30 seconds. If target’s Spirit is insufficient, target will loose Health instead.
Cooldown: 180 seconds

The Seven Disasters II
"Attacks a single distant target twice."
Swordwave +2 (Slightly increases Attack Range.)
Peerless Blademon +2 (Every Point in Felkin Blade skills adds mutual 4% base Attack.)
Costs 1323 Spirit
Increases Base AP by 20%, with 10% of current Spirit added as bonus AP. The first strike reduces the target’s Skill Evasion by 10 and increases critstrike damage bonus by 100%. The second strike increases critstrike rate by 10%.
Cooldown: 120 seconds
*Swordwave increases range by 6 yards.*
Note: I don’t know why Peerless Blademon is worded differently on this skill. The original Chinese is the same.

Fuwa
Faithful Defender II
Costs 1000 Spirit
Raises the value of absorbing damage with Honest Protector by 5000
Raises the caster’s Defense for 30 seconds by 200%. Cooldown 360 seconds
Note: Honest Protector is Faithful Defender

Air Shield II
Defense and Spirit effects of the Air Shield are increased by 100%
For 20 seconds, Health is regenerated by 20 times Max Attack Power, and Skill Evasion is increased by 10. Cooldown: 360 seconds

Nameless Way II
Costs 1220 Spirit
Cooldown of Nameless Way is reduced by 50 seconds.
For 30 seconds, Attack Power is increased by 50% of the sum of all resistances, and all of Modo’s over-time effects are removed. Cooldown: 360 seconds

Helping Hand II
Costs 1600 Spirit
Increases the resistances of caster and party members within 18 yards by 60 for 60 seconds. Removes 10 negative effects. Cooldown: 120 seconds

Nature’s Mystery II
Max Targets: 25
Every five seconds, has a 60% chance to interrupt nearby targets’ casting skills. If it succeeds, target looses 20% Spirit. Range: 18 yards.
*Every 5 seconds, 600 Spirit is consumed to maintain the array.
