Drunk Lotusen II
Reduces cooldown of Drunk Lotusen by 50 seconds
Whenever Drunk Lotusen causes Silence, there is a 100% chance to inflict Fasting on the target for 5 seconds.
Swamp Bull II
Reduces Swamp Bull’s cooldown by 50 seconds.
Increases Swamp Bull’s Skill Accuracy by 20 points.
Increases Swamp Bull’s Skill Evasion by 20 points.
When Swamp Bull uses skills, there’s a 50% chance to reduce target’s Skill Evasion by 20 points. Lasts 3 seconds.
Starlight Sting II
Cast Time: 1 Seconds, Can be charged.
Costs 400 Spirit
Adds an Attack bonus of 20%. Increases Skill Accuracy by 60 points, with a 100% chance to remove a single buff on the target.
Cooldown 6 seconds.
Adds an Attack bonus of 100% when fully charged.
Increases CritStrike rate when fully charged.
Lightning Switch II
Cast Time: 2 Seconds, Can be charged.
Costs 600 Spirit
Strikes targets in a frontal linear area of 12 yards.
Adds Attack bonus of 20%, added Attack bonus is based off of 20% of self max spirit.
Silence strength equals to caster’s Silence resistance plus 80 points and lasts 10 seconds.
Cooldown: 12 seconds
Adds Attack bonus of 100% when fully charged.
Increases CritStrike rate when fully charged.
Billow Break II
Cast Time: 2 Seconds, Can be charged.
Damage is based on Charge Level
Attacks targets in a fan area with a radius of 12 yards. Each point of Spirit has adds a point of Attack.
Cooldown: 180 seconds.
Consumes 100% Spirit when fully charged.
Increases CritStrike rate when fully charged.

Datura Flower II
Reduces Datura Flower’s cooldown by 50 seconds.
When Datura Flower causes Bleed, CritStrike damage on target taken increases by 100%.
Mountain Bear II
Reduces Mountain Bear’s cooldown by 50 seconds.
Increases Mountain Bear’s Skill Accuracy by 20 points.
Increases Mountain Bear’s Skill Evasion by 50 points.
Whenever Mountain Bear uses skills, there’s a 50% chance to make caster’s next hit be a guaranteed CritStrike. Lasts up to 2 seconds.
Wolf Fang Arrow II
Cast Time: 1 Seconds, Can be charged.
Adds an Attack bonus of 20%, with a Weaken effect.
Weakens target by 50%. Weaken strength equals caster’s Weaken resistance plus 80 points. Reduces all resistances on the target by 200 points. Lasts 20 seconds.
Cooldown: 60 seconds.
Adds an Attack bonus of 100% when fully charged.
Increases CritStrike rate when fully charged.
Blood Arrow II
Costs 600 Spirit
Adds an Attack bonus of 20%, with a Paralyze effect.
Paralyze strength equals caster’s Paralyze resistance plus 80 points.
Lasts for 8 seconds. A successful Paralyze can cause Fasting on the target for 8 seconds. Cooldown: 60 seconds

Flame Stream II
Costs Half of Current Health/Spirit
Adds an attack bonus of 20%. The first hit has an added Attack bonus of 100% consumed Health and the second hit has an Attack bonus of 100% of consumed Spirit, causing the target to lose Health and Spirit every 2 seconds. Lasts 10 seconds.
Cooldown 60 seconds.
Extends the length of Health and Spirit loss for 20 seconds.
Increases CritStrike rate when fully charged.
Fuwa
Dreaming Phoenix II
Dreaming Phoenix’s cooldown by 50 seconds.
When Dreaming Phoenix Sleeps a target, there’s a 100% chance to remove two buffs from the target.
Creek Turtle II
Reduces cooldown on Creek Turtle by 50 seconds.
Increases Creek Turtle’s Skill Accuracy by 20 points.
Increases Creek Turtle’s Skill Evasion by 50 points.
Whenever the Creek Turtle uses a skill, there’s a 50% chance to apply a damage reduction buff on the master.
Lasts up to 8 seconds.
Note: Functions as a 1 hit Invincibility.

Stun strength equals caster’s Stun resistance plus 80 points.
Lasts 5.0 seconds.
A successful Stun will cause the target to lose mana equal to 50% of caster’s Max Spirit every two seconds.
Lasts for 20 seconds. Cooldown: 60 seconds.
Adds an Attack bonus of 100% when fully charged.
Increases CritStrike rate when fully charged.
Dragon Stun II
Cast Time: 1 Seconds, Can be charged.
Costs 800 Spirit
This attack deals extra damage equal to 20% of Attack Power.
Cooldown: 60 seconds.
When fully charged, adds additional damage equal to the caster’s total resistances multiplied by 10.
Increases CritStrike rate when fully charged.
Increases Critstrike damage when fully charged.
Note: There’s another "20%" in Chinese. It might be how much CritStrike rate is added when charged.
