Which quest is rewarding Katar of Destiny?

I saw on my archer quests that give level 30 rare weapons and I can't find it for dhan. I did also quest called Katar of Destiny but it didn't give any reward. Anybody can help me?

I figured it out... You have to do ''Funny Bet'' and ''Another Bet'' before you can get this quest. Maybe this thread helps somebody..
