how to do quests ?

i dont like to read much , i just like to go and pwn some mobs and let the arrow guide me the way..
so my question is , how do i do quests ? i got this low lv quest now , to talk to some Dami , which is not on the "find NPC" list so im lost , theres absolutely not guides in the game ?

agh , too sad , btw does the company who made this game hear customer suggestions ?
