As for half-will builds, my MK, Exca and fisher have around 50 will and while I DO notice a difference with my Priest (who crits maybe once every 200?/500? mobs), the crit rate is still pretty bad....

the VN version has both, so assuming that they have the same features, both.

I think the added DEX doesn't show on the paperdoll stats but is stiill applied. Mage's Wisdom skill (adds INT) works the same I believe.

You can only do 10 general quests (also known as "daily" quests in game). Just save your items for those quests and turn them in tomorrow. The daily quests reset each morning.
