So you’ve gotten lvl 60 and you want to be a ranger eh? Well, you’ve come to the right place. The job change quest has changed considerably and I’m here to give you a guide and prepare you for it. 

Here is a picture of the location of all the NPCs and MOBS for the quest. 

1. So first you have to meet Ranger Master Eliff In Darkon City. 
2. She tells you to hunt 20 *normal* drillers. 
3. After hunting them, come back to her and then she tells you to kill Rubo (a glaphan muahahaha). Lol, it’s only lvl 60. It can be found in the southern sylica cave. 
4. Go to sage Kimel with the letter that you get from killing Rubo. He can be found in the fountain of dead person in flaris (near the dungeon) 
5. He gives you another letter which you have to deliver to High Dwarpet Leikyen. He can be found in Darkon (at the old old skill spamming spot.) 
6. He tells you to kill 8 pranksters and get 8 history books of hero. Pranksters can be found in Rhisis in Saint Morning. 
7. Then you bring these items to the Ranger Priest Rupim in Darkon 3. She’s in the Altar of Ranger. 
8. She tells you to kill the Venel Guardian and retrieve its heart. The venel can be found near the glaphans. 
9. After you kill the Venel you take its heart and you bring it to the Ranger Guardian Kailreard. 
10. Congratulations you’re finally a ranger!!! 

*Make sure you use the 100 skill points that you receive after this wisely.*
