Also maxed skills aren’t needed those of us who started before v7 did fine with level 5 and 10 skills so you can too!

Now to explain my obession with the seidel equipment for elementors
At level 60 until level 75 you can stick strickly to water monsters if you like, Sycales to Mongs to Mushipoes to Watangkas.
Now, on armor, a high water element means you will take less damage from water monsters and a high lightning element means more attacks are blocked.
The seidel suit alone is elemented 20 water and 10 lightning. It also adds 5 to your int. The helm is 14 water and 7 lightning, while the boots and gloves are 16-18 water and 8-9 lightning and each of these pieces adds 3 to your int. This gives you a total water element of 68 and lighting element of 34, while raising your int by 14 points. I have found that 20 points of int is 300 damage on my lighting spells. With this much water element and lightning element I took 300 less damage and about a 1/5 less hits.
If you have the Forgeil set you have the same elemental changes but gain 120 defense instead of the int bonus.
By the way the Ringmaster skill holyguard raises any existing elemental resistances you have… ~.^!
This sets you up greatly for taking out water monsters. Using only the helm and suit I was able to take mongs from level 65 up until I switched to Mushipoes at 70, then to the watangkas at 73.
Now I did my best to have a RM with me whenever possible I won’t say that they are not a huge help, but as long as you are not greedy it is still possible to take these monsters without an RM, which I did on several occasions.

Arena combat
Usually I say stay away from the arena, as I just don’t enjoy fighting other players becuase of all the insults and bickering that happens there… However if you want to go, here is some of what I’ve seen.
At level 75 the Myrian and Myurian sets become available.
These drop 20% off your casting time a huge boon to any elementor! However if you also use a SoVP you get an additional 10% off for a total of 30%. If you use a maxed avalanche followed by a full action slot of Spike Stone with your earth mastery on. You *should* be able to stunlock your opponent… something every bp should experience at least once! lol. Blades and knights correctly fear an ice missile windfield combo. With the slow down created by these effects you can get far enough away to simply keep hitting them with it. Acros of any stripe don’t like Electric shock as it can hit them in Dark Illusion even without a target lock… and most of them don’t have the stamina to take that hit. Against other elementors look at their level and decide what they are fighting to level, use an appriopriate attack from there. Psychkeepers should just be hit with your hardest spells after blinkpooling to break their target lock.
Remember these are not garantuees of success but just ideas that can be used.
