Small guide for Noble, as i tried only one tree for now. So i’ll be explaining skills from that tree and which skills/spells are useful. During CB3 will test other one and so update will follow Of course all of it are my opinions, so feel free to share yours and how you fell about playing Noble ^^
I’m using images from 3py0n topic, as well some spell name and maybe desription. So credits goes to ppl for hard work there for it.
This is full view on our skill tree.
As you see we have 2 main trees, i’ll be refering to them as Light(left) and Dark(right) one. As i said earlier i tried only Light one so far, during CB3 will test the Dark one.
Fireball
Attack target by shooting a fireball.
Fireball is one of main offensive spells. Time of reuse is short, mana consumption is low and it deal a decent ammount of damage. It has 14 lvls and around lvl 8 it adds ~+500 dmg to your base spell dmg.
Insight of magic
Increase magic accuracy rate.
Never added points to this one. It’s passive ability that increases accuracy of spells. This one is imo completly useless. At the moment INT (one of stats) increases spell hit rate, so if you will be using Int build you wont need this one.
Huge thinking
Increase your own max MP.
Passive ability as well, this time its for max MP. After last update it has now 10 lvl. With the increasment in mana/mana consumption this one is quite useful.
Electric shock
Give electric shock to target, and fly backwards.
2nd offensive spell that can be acquired at lower lvls. Most important in this spell is that it has knock down effect. Only one spell from element tree that has effect similiar to stun (there’s also Sleep and Confuse, but both are in Dark tree). I’ve left it at lvl one, imo no more lvls needed in it.
Ice tent/shield
Avoid damage by creating ice shield. The lasting time of the shield is decreased by receiving damage.
Self buff that prevent from taking any dmg. After last update this one is imo completly useless. The damage that mobs deal was increased, yet the shield wasnt changed at all. It has 11 lvls, around lvl 5 shield will last maybe 2-3 hits.
Explosion cool air
Attack targets in a selected area, and decrease their attacking time for certain time.
First AoE (Area of Effect) spell. Casting time is medium, as well time of reuse. Dmg is also decent. Additional effect that spell cause is lowering attack speed of mobs (which currenty doesnt work) . Quite useful in parties, if you plan on doing some aoe few points into this spell, max if you have points.
Maximizing magic
Increase the maximum striking magic power.
Passive ability that increases max spell dmg. It has 11 lvls and at lvl 5 it adds a lil over 150% max magic attack.
Fire pole (Pillar would be better )
Damage target with a fire pole and cause bleeding (i think it should be burning) for a certain time.
3rd offensive spell. This is one of the most powerful single target offensive spells. Cast time and recharge are all decent. It has 10 lvls and every lvl it adds a lot of dmg. Also the DoT effect works now, so compared to last CBs its a lot more powerful now.
Recharge
Recover target’s MP by using your own MP.
Recharge target ally mana points, never added points to it. Imo usless.
Lightning
Damage targets in limited range by summoning bolts of lightning.
2nd AoE and as well one of the most powerful skills ingame. Cast time long, recharge decent, mana consumption high. Most useful in parties. 10 lvls, at lvl 1 it adds ~+800 dmg. If you want to use AoEs, max it.
Aplifying magical powers
The targets max MP is increased for a certain time.
Buff spell that increases mana. Description ingame says x% but in reality it increase just by x. Semi useful.
Ghost Water
Summon ghosts toward the target, causing bleeding damage and decreasing moving speed.
This is the DoT (damage over time) spell. Damage from DoT could be a bit higher and so it makes this spell semi useful.
Lure of incubus
Catch incubus for regular time, making your target fall asleep.
Simple sleep spell, if you deal any damage to target while sleep is affecting it you will wake it up.
Random teleport
Move yourself to a random position in an instant.
I think anyone should know what that spell does.
Lure
Make the targeted monster your ally for a certain time.
Thanks to this one you get pet. Unfortunetly cooldown is long and even at max lvl you have to wait before you can catch next monster.
Wound of ghost
Decrease accuracy rate for regular time and give damage continuously.
2nd DoT spell with negative bonus which decrease melee/distance hit rate. Really useful spell.
Concentration of mind
Increase the valure of magic critics.
As the description says. Spell is quite useful if you want to deal more critics with magic.
Teleport
Move to fixed area in an instant.
This one compared to random one allows you to choose where you want to be warped.
Shade of fear
Make targets confused for a certain time.
This one is really useful, compared to sleep you can attack targets when they are confused and they wont fight back.
INT/WIS build – element tree
Stats for this build are quite simple. Most points goes to INT and WIS. You dont want to go pure int build as Noble spells (Fire Pole and Lightining) uses a lot of MP. Phy str isnt that important here, but you can add few points into it.
As for spells, you focus mainly on dmg dealing ones, so maxing them and as well passive is what you have to do.
Good side of this build – Heavy dmg from both AoEs and single target spells, a lot of mana (having a lot wis increases mana regen as well) so less time spent on resting and you dont have to use a lot of pots, i think thats all from good side.
Now the bad ones – the biggest problem in this build is ammount of hp you have. It’s quite low, so if your soloing you will end up resting a lot/using a lot of pots. Ph def is lowest out of all 4 classes so dont even think about doing tank job here.
INT/WIS build – dark tree/element tree
This build is same as the one before when it comes to stats, but instead of using element (left) tree you will be going pure dark (right) tree. This build will work untill 2nd classes are implemented and avaible. Why? Dark tree 2nd classes uses Rapier as their main weap and so they have skills for that. At the moment you can focus on dark tree + cariad as your main weapon. Spells – One of your main spells should be Wound of ghost and so you should focus on getting this one.
Why Int and dark tree? Using this build will allow you to deal nice dmg from Cariad, also you can mix in some spells from element tree. Wound of ghost if your main spell and your life saver. It decrease melee/distance hit rate and with this mobs will miss you more. Less hp pots usage/less rests.
STR build – dark tree
This build is simple and can be tricky. You cant go pure str here, you have to remember about your melee hit rate and also your mana, so adding points in a Wis and Dex is a good idea.
Spells – Compared to last build its up to you if you want to mix in some spells from element tree, but dmg from those spells will be a lot lower. That’s why you should focus mostly on DoT spells and Lure. Lvling with this build is a bit slower than Int ones, but also you will use less hp pots (Wound of ghost again). Once the 2nd classes are ingame it might be better.
Also as i said earlier, feel free to give some opinions about it.
