What you always wanted to know about weapons, but never told you anybody
Mathematics on weapon use and other interest computations
When I first begin to play CO I was disappointed why they put the sword so behind weapons and did not understand why club is so over emphasized by players.
After almost a year playing and building some character, I decided to make a comparison on weapons
To follow the logic of my arithmetic computations you need to consider the circumstances below:
1.) All weapons in comparison are same lvl (lvl 90)
2.) All weapons in comparison are same quality (super)
3.) None weapon is (+), nor socketed
4.) Since we compare the weapons we won’t consider the character influence on attack
5.) We won’t consider any ring or other equipment what should influence the weapons
6.) We won’t consider any gem in same reason
7.) For comparison we use simply details are given By CO web on weapons
8.) We do use in our assumption the skills details are given By CO web for weapons
9.) We use the dexterity for weapon to count what damage they make within certain attack period to see they real value
10.) Only applies for 1 handed weapon in example
11.) Also assume that all related skills are achieved as on certain lvl permitted
12.) All theory built on 1 target (no circular or area damage counted for skills for the sake of comparison)

We do know that we need successfully hit target to activate skill, so we can count how many hit we need for skill happen

Wow guys so far it was very obvious, but now comes the exciding part
Since weapons have different dexterity we needed to find the lowest common multiplier, to see both the physical hit and skill to happen in equal base
Since the scepter was the lowest with hit and skill rate I found the number 29 the lowest common multiplier, what means that 29 attack attempt will produce satisfactory hit to activate the skill at least once!
Now let see that within that 29 attack attempt what actual damage the weapons do

So far in our theoretical example we used only one weapon!
Now let see how is it if we use dual weapons (only apply for Trojan), and assume that we use the same type in both hand.
But you need to understand a couple of thing here:
2 weapons will not make more attack but just raise damage
Will not double the skill use rate
It will only affect the total damage you can make both skill and physical, and in some way your dexterity will be influenced also
Let see first the ph damage only for 2 weapon of same type on one target on given period of attack

Huh we came through on the path 
I don’t want to make prediction on any weapon since we all know, that skills are different in view of effect and also in view of time cost to learn them
Altogether my dear readers I just hope I helped you to understand better your weapon 
But one thing I surly not recommend for any of you and is, to use the same type of weapon (beside GW or PK with Hercules), just based on misapprehension, that you will get double skill or double attack wearing them.
More over you loose the opportunity to have an additional weapon skill what may serve you very well.
Don’t forget you never will see this numbers in game, they served only one goal to make an objective comparison on weapons.
This numbers in our virtual world are very different based on char lvl, gears, composition lvl of weapon, or socketed gems.
