The death islands is what I call those islands after the metzone because you usually die there (so hard to get through -_-).

After the met zone, there’s two maps of those islands with those evil fishy cousins of ours. Both are identical except for the monsters: in the first map, the water devils use magic to attack and in the second, they use long range physical attack.

If you wanna survive the trip, it’s wise to bring some HP pots.

To get past first map, MAKE SURE you are in divine hare form all the time and skirt along the edges of the isles and BE FAST. If you get hurt, take those hp pots ASAP (taking about 5 will do, really only needed for first map since the second map, if they notice you you’re KOed and no pots will help you then). When you get to the isle with the three portals, take the one on the right and in the middle (same goes for next map). The position of the portals on the isles generally points to the direction they lead so it’s generally up, right, up right, etc. The last island of the first map (top right island) is the hardest cos’ the water devils their use long range magic. BE REALLY REALLY fast n’ get to the top right corner and pray that there’s not too many water devil cos if 3 or more zap at once, poof some mets gone. It helps to skirt the left edge of this isle – I’m level 80 now with level 3 Divine Hare and it’s two times in a row I’ve gotten out alive so… Speak to grandpa to get to the second map. Usually, there’s one or two evil devils at grandpa who will zap you while you talk to him so have some pots left by then and use while speaking to him. You’ll prolly die on the first map on lower levels with lower level DH.

Second map is easy: just cast invis and don’t stay too long in one place (messenger type monsters see through invis which is why you dun use in first map). The portals are the same so take the same general direction. Always stay invis and keep moving: monsters see through invis if you sit there long enough for them to and if they do, one hit poof dead. Top right corner is the boatman who will teleport you back to stone city.

Hope this will help you get out of the metzone with your mets fellow waters
